Pre-shipment Preparation: For stationary models, the footbar, springs, and carriage assembly must be disassembled and packed separately; foldable models must be fully collapsed and locked, with all movable parts removed to prevent shifting or deformation during transit.
Packaging & Protection: Apply protective corner buffers to contact points on steel or aluminum frames; seal springs and elastic cords in moisture-proof bags containing desiccant; use high-compression-strength outer cartons clearly marked with "Fragile," "This Side Up," and "Keep Dry" labels.
Loading Restrictions: With a gross weight typically ranging from 60kg to 105kg, these are classified as heavy cargo; do not mix-load with lightweight, bulky items (such as yoga mats) that could be crushed. Inside containers, stack units systematically, elevate the base of the reformer, and do not stack heavy objects on top.
Environmental Control: Maintain humidity at ≤35% during transit to prevent metal corrosion and the degradation of leather or fabric components; avoid conditions that cause structural stress changes due to extreme temperature fluctuations.
